When Aslan arrives, he brings Springtime with him, and the Witch’s spell of ‘always Winter’ is broken. Aslan and Jesus were long-awaited gifts promised to the world. At Christmas, Christians celebrate and remember the moment when Jesus was born, when God came to live among us. He came to be the light in the darkness, to end suffering, and to make all things new.
