Description Images Resources Downloads

The way that we think about ourselves can affect our wellbeing and mental health in a positive or a negative way. Sometimes, we have to intentionally choose to believe positive things, rather than focus on negative things.

This activity encourages pupils to focus on the positive things about themselves and to leave the negative ones behind.

Pupils are invited to think about what makes them feel negative, write it down, put it in a Lego head/box and leave it behind. They are then asked to write down good things about themselves. They are encouraged to choose to focus on the good things instead of the bad.
