This activity is part of a series based on The Beatitudes, a series of sayings of Jesus found in the Bible. (Matthew 5:1-12)
Sometimes people do and say things to hurt others on purpose, this can be particularly hard for pupils. Pupils are invited to consider who may have upset them recently, and then, if they feel they can, to forgive the person and let the hurt go.
