Olympic hurdles are 106.7cm high for men and 83.8cm high for women. They’re not easy to get over!
There are lots of things in our lives that we find hard to get over. Maybe fears and insecurities, or difficult memories and experiences? Maybe physical limitations and disabilities, or the circumstances that we are in? All sorts of things can become hurdles in our lives, and these can be extremely difficult to get over, or to overcome, without some help.
This activity invites pupils to recognise the hurdles in their lives, and if they want to, to write a prayer of help.
