Across the world leaders make decisions that affect the people in the country that they lead. In some places there are wars or natural disasters such as earthquakes. floods or drought which mean that leaders have to make difficult choices about how to help. In other places there is fighting because different groups of people want to have power. It is usually the ordinary people whose lives are difficult when these things happen.
