Christians believe we are invited to bring our worries to God and that God will give us peace in return (Phil 4:6-7; 1 Peter 5:7).
This activity encourages pupils to be still and to breathe out their worries.
Pupils are asked to slowly trace around the fingers on one hand. As they trace up their fingers, they breathe in and think about good things in their lives. As they trace down their fingers, they breathe out their worries.
You might want to have a drawing of a hand, with arrows or labels to demonstrate the action.
