This activity is great fun but can be messy.
There are two ways that you could use this activity, it could be a way of asking ‘please’. Invite pupils to think about something that they would like to express as a hope or a wish or a prayer. They can either say that thought or prayer out loud or silently in their head, before blowing a stream of bubbles into the air.
Or you might want to use this activity as a way of letting go of worries. Invite pupils to think about something that they are worried about. It could be tests at school or problems with friends, family, illness or other difficulties at home. Invite the pupils to ‘blow their problems away’ as they blow a stream of bubbles into the air.
This is recommended as an outdoors activity but is suitable for indoor use with tissues and cloths available.
