We are back online with The Prayer Spaces Sessions! Our one hour online training event for anyone interested in running a prayer space.
Our last Prayer Spaces Session of the academic year will focus on work in Further Education. Helping us with an overview of the world of FE is Nigel Roberts, West Midlands FE Chaplaincy Ambassador with the St. Peter’s Saltley Trust. Nigel Roberts worked for 36 years with Youth for Christ and now holds the position of education advisor at CYM (the institute for children youth and mission) where he is a tutor specialising in chaplaincy and education issues.
We’ll have examples of how prayer spaces work in FE and time to discuss together the challenges and opportunities of working in Further Education settings.
