A prayer space in your local school can create the opportunity for pupils to experiences peace, freedom from worry or even a moment of encounter with God.

This training day, led by the Prayer Spaces in Schools team, will cover all you need to know to get started in hosting your first prayer space in school with fresh ideas for experienced prayer space practitioners, practical ideas for sourcing materials and gathering a great team, best practice guidelines, the theology and values underpinning prayer spaces and a real-life prayer space for you to see and experience.

The day will be relevant to you whether you’re a teacher, church leader, youth worker, schools and families worker, or church volunteer.

Refreshments will be available but please bring your own packed lunch.
